Hi! I’m Courtney Jane — the maker behind CrochettbyCJ 👻🖤

I’m a mom of three, a wife, and a total sucker for all things spooky, creepy, and a little bit weird (in the best way). I specialize in crocheting plushies — especially horror-themed ones — because let’s be real, who wouldn’t want a creepy-cute Jason Voorhees on their shelf?

My crochet journey started when I was 12 years old, thanks to my grandmother who taught me the basics. But it wasn’t until adulthood (between naps, snacks, and chaos) that I really fell in love with it. Now, crochet has become so much more than a hobby — it’s my therapy, my creative outlet, and my little escape into a world of yarn and imagination.

When I’m not crocheting, I’m cuddling with my two cats — Pebbles and Smoke — who are the real bosses around here.
